Practically, I observe that developing countries have used CPCI or Scopus conferences as mean to capability building of faculty staff. For instance, countries like Malaysia or Indonesia recently organize many conferences indexed by CPCI. Thanks to these conferences, early career researchers would have chance to present their ideas to international peers. This, in turn, helps them to develop skills and knowledge.
