Dear RS Community,
I am trying to predict folding of chimeric oligopeptides with average length of 40 amino acids. Approximately half of each oligopeptide length comes from one reading frame and the other half results from frameshifted translation. I have notices that, contrary to the expectations, b-factor values and pLDDT values have clear positive relationship in these sequences. Unstructured regions have low b-factor values while alpha-helices have high values. Most pLDDT values in the dataset are above 50.
Would you help with the interpretation of these predictions?
Thank you!
