What is the relation between salt concentration and association constant at nucleic acid hybridization?

Hello,

I have a question about how association constant changes according to the probe density and salt concentration in nucleic acid hybridization.

I knew from experiment that high probe density and salt concentration affects the association constant, but still not clear about how much.

Is there any article or books about these contents?

an equation for the effective Tm for a probe in salt solution is given by

Eff Tm = 81.5 + 16.6(log M [Na+]) + 0.41(%G+C) in aqueous solution
