In my hand, I have a book that recommend 30 mg/kg PO for praziquantel with new administration after 15 days. I don't have recommendation for pyrantel. I found an old article in french (1982) from Cavier R. & Rossignol J.F. that deals with that question but it is not accessible online.

indeed less information is in the literature, most cats and dogs .

You can try to calculate bodyweight/dose in relation to cats, dogs and mice.

I found pyrantel dosage in this book "Flynn's Parasites of Laboratory Animals" where they have dose for rodents: Pamoate formulation: 50 mg/kg PO.

The book is also avalaible on-line.
