Dear Sir or Madam,

I am studying an enzyme reaction in an extract of rat liver (250 µg in HEPES buffer). For my analysis, I need to inhibit the polyamine synthesis. I am thinking of using the inhibitor Methylglyoxal-bis-(guanylhydrazone). Is it only commercialized as dihydrochlorid? What concentration should I use in my case? I don't have time to optimize it.

Thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully

Kika
