What is the reason cell not growing faster?

In my experiment, I am doing sub cloning of my cells with limiting dilution technique. Growth curve is very slow. What might be the factors?

Dear Mazedul,

First of all I would like know the type of biorector you're using. And secondly the composition of the substrate you've been using in the reactor. And lastly we can assume that you have a cadmium and lead leakage from the metal parts of your bioreactor. (If it is not coming from the water source).
