I want to study aggregation kinetics of Abeta (1-40) by ThT. I would like to know the working protocol for this study. I am using plate-reader based assay.
Due to high flexibility IDPs expected to have higher sensitivity in NMR compared to structured proteins. Is this hypothesis correct? If yes can you suggest a suitable reference for this?
