I have gone through many articles for the calculation of LPO.

In some, The end result is given as nmols or nmols/mg protein , OD or in the form of %age of inhibition.

According to the articles, I found three possible way of plotting:-

OD- It is directly presented in the Y-axis verse verses the conc.

nmols or nmols/L or nmols/mg protein- Can be calculated using the formula for amount of MDA formed.

%age of inhibition of LPO- standard formula is used

Now, Which one is the proper way to be plotted in the graph in order to show the results?
