the pictures are not so clear to say the problem of the cabbage. Could you make some explanation. I mean what kind symptoms occur and more common; wilt, damping off, dwarfing, discoloration, browning, etc.?

As you see the picture, you can see some sopte on leaf and all new leafs are smaller and more narrow than health leaf. This picture was sent by on of iranian farmer.

Similar symptoms can be caused by root damage by several different fungi, physiological stress (drought), and even by phytoplasma infection.

It is important to know exact time of first problem observation (plant stage), weather conditions before the symptoms appearance, frequency and most frequent symptoms, distribution of diseased plants in the field, as it was mentioned by Birol Akbaş

The cause of the problem on cabbage is due to the root damage by fungal attack.

Most probably fungal wilt..

symptoms in the pictures seem like to me a fungal infection.. but some viruses specifically in family Geminiviridae also produce leaf curling like symptoms on vegetables and ornamentals plants.

If possible also perform RCA.

I think drought is the main problem and it could be their was previous infection with aphids.

It could be also related to a symptom of phytotoxicity or herbicide application.
