The quest for women fair representation and equality in the strategic and leadership positions public and private institutions had been challenging and time consuming issues globally and the state of affairs of the women in European public and private institutions had been unresolved subject for very long time. There had been great progress attained in the recent years to increase meaningful representation and participation of the women in the key strategic and leadership positions in public and private institutions when compared to the other western and eastern democracy. Despite the progress made in the European public and private institutions a lot work and commitment is requires from political leaders and policy making institutions to address the root causes of the inequalities between men and women in the leadership and strategic positions in both public and private institutions .
The recent researches and surveys conducted on the positive roles plays by the women in leadership positions in public and privates had been promising in the Europe and other part of the globe . Increasing fair representation of women in strategic and leadership positions can be drive the world to the environment with less challenges such as power abuse , corruption , bad governance and inequalities in the public and private institutions .I personally believe that , the changes in European countries due to increase on the women representation in strategic and leadership positions
