With recent isolation methods of EVs (also protein aggregate) capture it seems that we have large proportion of EVs / aggregates. For functional assays can we increase the exosomes/EVs form 10-20 ug/ml to 70-80 ug/ml? As per my calculation the extracellular protein for my cells is 75 ug/ul (of course partly from serum) .
