I wanted to to know when E-cadherin is expressed in normal cells what is its concentration.
Dear Deo,
I am not sure about intracellular concentration but a normal physiological concentration of sE-cadherin (soluble version in Plasma) is of around 3.21micrograms/ml.
Hope it helps. Best wishes,
Marc
