What are the ranges of the scales:
- Social Functioning Scale (SFS): to measure social functioning
- BPRS (18 items) and BPRS-E (extended version, 24 items): schizophrenia symptoms
- PANSS: schizophrenia symptoms
- PAS (Premorbid Adjustment Scale): premorbid adjustment
- SAPS: schizophrenia positive symptoms
- SANS: schizophrenia negative symptoms
- Knowledge of Illness and Drugs Inventory (KIDI): to measure knowledge about the disease
- Rating of Medication Influences (ROMI): to measure attitude toward treatment
- Lancashire (QL): to measure quality of life

You will have to look up these scales yourself. I doubt if anyone knows the ranges of all of them! Do you mean the maximum range (the highest and lowest possible scores) or do you mean typical ranges occurring in populations of interest – norms?

I have looked for the scales, but I have not found what scores it can range between. I mean the lowest and maximum possible score for each scale.

The highest possible value is just the highest score for each item multiplied by the number of items. If the items have a minimum score that isn't zero then the minimum score is the lowest value x number of items.
