If we declare that light is constituting of photons , also photons are emitted from radiative recombination , impossible that photons from the sun (continuous source ) to be similar to those coming from radiative recombination from a III-V semiconductor one , the latter has a definite recombination lifetime , so photon spectrally has a rise time , fall time , etc all that during the recombination lifetime ,, so definitely its spatial length will be the speed of light multiplied by the recombination lifetime "assuming it started to propagate at the onset of its recombination",,
this will certainly result on its non monochromaticity or it will have a spectral distribution ,, does anyone know if such a study have been studied ,, thanks
