I have a Thermo Scientific OWL HEP-1 Semidry Electroblotter apparatus that I want to use for Western Blot transfer. I have used it 3 times by now and everytime I faced a problem with power supply. I always ran it at constant voltage, the first time at 10V and the next time at 15V. At every run, the current was too high that the power supply showed error. I also could not see a proper transfer onto the membrane. I would like to know if somebody knows about the optimum condition of running this apparatus and the power supply requirement. Thank you..!!
