I agree with the others that the application of technology to the field of HRM is one of the most critcal issues today. As per the developing country is concern, need to focus on generation of workforce and their technology acceptability. In the developing country, gen X is still more into the traditional HR practices where as few organizations are adopting the HRIS. So, probable gap could be in user behavior of HRIS acceptance, training and development and techno motivation.
