Definition of motivation: Scientists differed in the definition of incentives in form, but they agreed in their content, they recognized the incentives as (triggers the movement of human behavior, and help to guide it to the performance required, when these incentives are important for the individual), and said: Or moral; as compensation for his outstanding performance
The effect of motivation in Abraham Maslow: Abraham Maslow in his theory of human motivation, the theory of needs, or hierarchy of needs, that human behavior comes as a result of certain unsatisfied needs in individuals, Maslow arranged these needs hierarchically on five levels depending on importance, nor These needs need to be satisfied, depending on the importance, if the catalyst wants the stimulus to have an effect on changing the individual's behavior for the better. The five parts of the needs, as Maslow sees it, have an impact on the psyche and behavior of the individual: physiological needs: N the basic things that human needs, such as food, air, water, housing, and these things can be obtained through the per capita income, to be enough for all these needs. The need for security: Once the basic human need is satisfied and the physiological need is met, the human being is then considered to satisfy another need: security. The worker needs to work in a safe environment free from physical and psychological damage. Safety, prevention of hazards to protect it, and health and social security. Social needs: This level of needs comes after the satisfaction of the individual of the two groups that fall below the pyramid, and the social need means that the individual needs to satisfy the need to belong to him, and that helps to form friendships, and acceptance of others to the individual, and be motivated by the establishment of clubs Social, and competition work. The need for appreciation is the satisfaction of the self-need and appreciation of the individual, the development of self-esteem, the desire for progress and success, and the prestige of the people. The motivation here is to award prizes for outstanding works, certificates of excellence, letters of thanks, Outstanding business. The need for self-affirmation: This need is at the top of the Maslow pyramid, and access to it is after satisfying other needs, and means the need of man, and to provide the appropriate conditions to help him to innovate, and to provide the best of him, and feel the existence and existence.
The Book of Ezekiel (Hebrew Bible) deals with the fragile human creature, in terms of running and returning, i.e. with forward and backward motion in the human life cycle. The motivating factor, in terms of personal and spiritual growth, is what our heart truly desires, and not what external or internal pressures try to manipulate by social conditioning.
In engineering education; education factor is any strategy utilized by teacher to motivate students. In my paper; I developed my own motivation factor DMF ( Dadach Motivation Factor) to measure the effects of an active learning strategy on the motivation of students. This is the first quantitative method to measure motivation. All the previous methods are qualitative; based mainly on surveys.
This is the link to the presentation of the method
In times of despair think of past experiences how you overcame obstacles and concentrate on the traits and skills that helped you solve problems in the past. Do not give up. I am reminded of Robert Bruce who was hiding with his soldiers in a cave, afraid of the enemy and fearing that his battle was over. He saw a spider weaving its web near the wall. Although it kept failing in terms of broken strands and web it did not give up. This motivated Robert not to surrender and he emerged from the tunnel with his soldiers to continue his battle.

When I fall inside a deep tank of frustration and confusion, I say to myself that many other people in the world are struggling inside conditions worse than me.
There are four factors of motivation that exist in every organization or business. These factors determine the levels of motivation of the staff, whether positive or negative. Fortunately, each of these ingredients can be changed in a positive way—usually when a manager or supervisor replaces a leader whose management style has not been conducive to bringing out the very best in each person.
The Basics: Which Factors Affect Motivation?
Let’s begin with the four factors that are the basics of motivating anyone, in any organization. These four factors are
leadership style,
the reward system,
the organizational climate
the structure of the work. Please refer to https://www.amanet.org/training/articles/the-four-factors-of-motivation.aspx

One of the key factors in motivating students and igniting their enthusiasm is to know them better. Know their future dreams, things they like to do, and topics and hobbies that interest them. You will then be able to better connect the courses they teach with their personal lives, and therefore they will be more interested in the subject.
The unenthusiastic student will not be able to move forward. An uninvited classroom will not help create a school environment that suits success. Motivating students will not only help students succeed but creates a classroom experience that can be exciting and enjoyable for students and teachers
Demonstrating the enthusiasm you want to see in your students, understanding the students and their knowledge well, and providing the students with a certain level of choice and freedom can go a long way in keeping students enthusiastic and dedicated to more serious work. Also, teamwork can create a healthy level of competition and build team spirit.
And always directed targeted criticism that focuses on the topics in the mistakes themselves and not on the student.

In general, movements happen in dynamic systems due to a driving force ( motivational force) within the system and are controlled by a resistance located between two poles of the system. A movement could therefore be defined using the following generalized relationship:
Movement = Driving force (Motivation) / Resistance
In our cities, people could also be described as dynamic systems motivated (driving force) to take roads and highways to go to schools to study, to workplaces or to markets and shopping centers to buy food, furniture or electronic devices.
People are motivated to have safety and security. Everyone wants a stable future, but you never know when time will pass you by. That’s why we are all in a race against time and thus motivated to achieve faster than ever before. We have all learned from the 2008 economic collapse that we can all quickly become victims of unexpected change without preparation.
As a leader, be mindful of providing security and stability in how you lead your employees ... and watch their motivational levels rise.
Set realistic and positive goals for yourself and be focused. Most of all, help yourself by personally identifying your weaknesses in order not to make mistakes that could feast on those weaknesses and cause deviations.
Motivation is a driving moment based on obsession of doing and creating something influenced by many factors including the sourrounding environment, positive managment, support, attitude, and selfesteem.
