If you are using a 3-electrode cell to make these measurements then the choice of experiment is somewhat to your discression. There is a "polarization curve" experiment in the electrochemical energy group of experiments, but many researchers prefer to use LSV or potentiodynamic (or galvanodynamic if you want current control).

No matter the experiment you select, setting potentials/currents and [scan] rate is up to you because it requires knowldege of the syste--both the [electro]chemistry and the physical setup (area, cell dimensions, electrolyte conductivity...).

So could you guide me please which technique I should use from potentiostate CHI660? If you could guide me properly I shall be highly grateful to you. I'm not sure what would be the best option for that system. Not all the CH systems even have galvanostatic control, which would mean linear sweep or chronoamp (constant potential) would be the most likely options, but there may be something better suited.

Ok we have two other system one is AMETEK Versa studio other is IVIUMSTAT. Could we use anyone of these? And basic question is about which technique we have to apply for polarization? And parameters like I mentioned above. If possible give me some brief details or refer some literature where I could find some experimental details about polarization. Thank You Jacob Ketter
