Good question! I think during the weekends as all will be having more free time then to spend communicating at RG

Due to the pervasiveness of today's mobile devices, most researchers, even in their busy schedules tend to check for updates. Provided the question is in their field of interest, they could easily contribute a response. Thus, everyday is a good time. It just depends on your question and the researchers interest (especially those who follow you on RG as they are likely to be the first to see your question in their timeline)

I did not notice significant changes in the activity of scientists and researchers on the RG in the context of specific days of the week. Perhaps during the holiday periods and at weekends, the activity of, for example, participation in comments, asking questions and answering RG is decreasing.

I agree with Sir Dariusz Prokopowicz, as we have habit of using researchgate in our daily routine of weekdays irrespective of the busy schedules. But couldn't extract time in weekends or Sundays, as we engaged in other activities.

Seems there is a lot of time variability between RG members, and that may even change in the same individual member from time to time (for example you have very busy week, while next week becomes more suitable for RG access and interactions).

Wednesday and thursday evening hours are the best times for me because I have fewer patients.

According to my experience and observations, it varies from person to person. Most of the researchers interact as per the availability and accessibility of time. some may be free on weekends while others might be free when there students will be on a mass bunk, few may connect when they discovered inquiry of their own advantage or related research, while remaining may interact just, when they found the data valuable. Subsequently there is no relationship between the day and active discussion among RG members.

I do not have an idea. But this question made me to think the time of posting can affect visibility of the post.

All the times are suitable. Based on my experience.

I’m not convinced that any one day is best as you also have to factor in time zones and how many people will therefore be online looking at new posts.
