What is the most appropriate E. coli inoculum for testing chitosan nanoparticles?

Hi, I'm doing my research on E. coli treatment with chitosan nanoparticles, but I haven't found any information on the appropriate inoculum for testing their efficacy. Neither CLSI supplements nor review articles have this information.

I'd like to know if any of you have an answer or advices on how to accomplish this goal in a good way.

To calculate the stoichiometry of Li, Mn, Ni, and Co from ICP-MS results, convert the measured concentrations (ppb) to molarity using their molar masses, then calculate moles based on the diluted volume. Use the mole ratios from your specific reaction to determine the stoichiometric relationships among the metals.
