I am doing a theoretical study of graphene sheet, and I need building a graphene sheet in a software. But I don't know very well how is the aromaticity in graphene sheet. Are the pi-electrons localized or delocalized? There is resonance?

Usually, yes, there is resonance and the pi-electrons are delocalized. Still, electronic structure and band structure of graphene are quite fascinating and not really simple.
But if you want to obtain meaningful and reliable results, I would strongly advise you to do some literature research about graphene, there should be a vast amount of publications or in the meantime even books (I cannot recommend one as I'm not a graphene expert, but try http://lmgtfy.com/?q=electronic+structure+of+graphene).
