What is the minimum concentration of Folic acid that shows cytotoxic effects against HK-2 cells in vitro ?

Our group is involved in renal fibrosis research. In order to figure out the mechanisms of renal fibrosis, we used a Folic acid animal model. Just to check relevancy with the human kidney, we want to see what dose of FA will be toxic to the human kidney pericytes. Any expert opinions are highly appreciated.
