I need know the mechanism of action BD1063. Is antagonist of sigma 1 receptor but I can't find a paper whit mechanism.

Rebeca, hello! The sigma 1 is some strange subtype of opioid family receptors. I do't know exactly what is the BD1063, and what is the effect of this substance? There is some anxiolytic with name of Afobazole (aveilable in drugstore in Russia, and may be in another countries) and was proposed that its mechanism of action may be mediated via sigma receptors. If I find out the reference about the interaction of Afobazole with sigma receptors, I can sent it to you.
