A colleague of mine asked me to write a monograph for indexing in the Scopus database.
The monograph is a new word for me. Therefore, I am looking for details, links, documents, previous experience, or relevant materials.

i think he means the monograph that appears in SJR rank website for each journal . it declares the history of journal for the last 5 years
Typically, the word monograph means a book, but by definition it is any non-serial publication -- a work in one volume or in a small number of volumes. I'm not sure this definition applies to your question. Perhaps, in this case, it is best to ask for clarification from your colleague.
