In the fabrication of the bio scaffold .. In the method of freeze drying .. What is the material of the container (mold) for the samples taking into account that there is no adhesion between the sample and the container wall ??

Hoda Elsaeed not sure if I got your question right, but I use either TPP tissue culture plates or plastic syringes as molds for freeze-drying of my samples and it works fine. Different well plates (24, 96 well plates) and plastic syringes volume (3mL, 5mL) can be used depending on your desired volume of freeze-dried samples
