what is the logical explanation for contamination of human DNA with plant chromosomal DNA during plant chromosome preparation?

Microdissected plant chromosomal DNA was amplified by whole genome amplification PCR techniques; someone had human DNA contamination in the plant DNA. how and which stage the contamination occurred?

One possibility is the body fluid spill , skin shed or hair fall on chromosome slides been used for microdissection, Another case might be the above contaminants got in to same tube with the sample DNA used for PCR amplification.
