Is it possible to fabricate "experimentally" graphene multi-layers with a thickness of 30 nm? What is the limitation of this thickness?

In our SEM studies, the particles of less than 30 nm and present under this layer will be shielded in the obtained SEM image so we do further EM technique like Transmission EM.

I want to say also that the experimental synthesis of GO is possible for 30 nm thickness or less "Ultra-thin GO".
Of course you can grow layers with this thickness. You will just notice that the thicker you grow, the fewer people will still consider it "graphene" and the more will consider it "thin graphite".

It is possible by CVD but this will not represent the graphene properties. You can say thin graphite.
