Well, I'm pretty sure BPH is linked to high levels of DHT, that's why it is often treated with finasteride by doctors, and others treat their own symptoms with saw palmetto. yes of course high level of DHT usually leads to BPH of CA and finasteride could decrease concentration but there are some cases that anti androgens have not any effect. this is very big field and i need to hear idea and assumption to spread investigation
