May I recommend following excellent literature with reference values for each age group.
"Immunophenotyping of blood lymphocytes in childhood" by M Comans-Bitter et al J Pediatr 1997; 130:388-93
or
"Lymphocyte subsets in healthy children from birth through 18 years of age: the Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trials Group P1009 study." by WT Shearer et al J Allergy Clin Immunol. 2003 Nov;112(5):973-80.
If you want a more relaxed information source, there is a free applet from Stemcell Technologies on Cell Frequencies in blood. It is probably not quotable as a reference and does not go into age groups, but my students love it.
