I have been isolated this fungal isolate from country bean. Well i have attached colony pictures on PDA media and source from where I have gotten this pathogen. Hope it will help all of you. I got it from the brown/black colored infection of bean. Can anybody identity its identity?

For proper identification, let us know what media you cultured them on and also a picture of the culture will help.
hi, this conia look like Cordana sp. or Bipolaris sp. (or related genus) conidia. To the correct identification it's necessary see the conidiophore. Do you have a picture of the conidiophore? A picture of colony also can be useful. If it's a iportant isolated I recommend you a molecular identification to be sure

Apart from the other items already mentioned in above posts (morphology of whole conidiophore; info about the media; appearance of the colony) it would be also worth to know about the ecology: e.g. bioclimate and environmental factors of collection site from which the sample was taken and obtained in axenic culture as well as the main physical parameters under which the colony has grown - temperature, light conditions etc. ...
I don't think it is a Bipolaris because condo in Bipolaris are produced by a conidiogenous cell which increases in length laterally after each budding and therefore this cell as a typical aspect, and condo are never arranged in chaoins. here the conidia are arranged in chains, and therefore are produced according to the acropetal type of the ballistic mode. They ressemble Cladosporium or even pseudo mycelium of some yeast species.

The picture does not clear, due the shadow around the conidia, conidiophore, and hyphae
Look like bipolaris , but is necesary , for the correct identification its necessary see the colony and descripción conidiogenesis.
Not Bipolaris or anything related to that family. Capnodiales, most likely.
Grow the fungus on Czapek agar and Potaoe dextrose agar and note colour. Measure the hyphae and spores.. Then only one can identify the fungus.
I suggest you cultivate the fungus on PDA and Sabouraud dextrose, observe the morphological characteristics and perform microcultures to observe the reproductive structures. Maybe it's a bipolaris

It is difficult to almost impossible to see details of the conidiogenesis in such hyphomycetes just based on a micrograph, but based on what I can see it seems to be a hyphomycete with a terminal conidiogebius cells and monotretic conidiogenesis. The conidia are catenate, but it is not quite clear to me if the septa are distosepta. If these details agree you should take Corynespora into consideration (see attached file with the description of Corynespora subcylindrica).

Looks like Bipolaris sp., but you have to put them grown on Potato agar and to make also picture of culture!

I think this fungus produce holoblastic conidia, so this fungus Bipolaris spp
