What is the heat capacity equation of Carrageenan and Fucoidan?

I am currently working with superpro 9.5 and wish to I put the chemical properties for Carrageenan and Fucoidan for seaweed extraction. The heat capacity modelling of those two substances was done using a formulaic model. Are there any research that aimed to find the heat capacity formula of Carrageenan and Fucoidan?
