In general protein synthesis is slower than RNA transcription, although the actual dynamics will depend on a lot of factors. However, if one were to assume the range of time scales what would it be? For the Bayesians, what would assume for the prior distributions? Have people measured these values for different proteins, mRNAs to get a general idea. I don't need it to be super accurate, I'm just looking for prior work.
