While trying to improve the underlying medical condition(s) - does anyone with experience in treatment of cryoglobulinemia have any method for determination of treatment cycles?

(case: Joint symptoms masking as rheumatoid arthritis for a number of months, even treated with plaquenil, methotrexate, oral steroids, and IM methotrexate by the Rhumatology team without ever any improvement - symptoms become progressive. Developed sensory and motor peripheral neuropathy with progressive loss of function and loss of muscle motor units. Development of coagulopathy with massive unprovoked DVT throughout the whole leg venous system into pelvis.) Really rough year for the patient with multiple specialists being unsure of any direction as limited to their scope of treatment.
