what is the form of particle transfer throaugh the system in the extended phase? whether it transfer in conductive mechanism or hopping mechanism?

I think hopping is more of an image thing in a tight binding model. It finally comes down to transport. In one method, you have an incident wave, exp(ikx) incident on the left hand side,,and another t exp(ikx) emerging from the right hand side. Then the
quantum conductance is supposed to be simply related to t*t, in terms of the transmitance t. This is used in the mesoscopic regime.(Buttiker formula)
I guess if the wave function is extended through the system, then the electron was able to tunnel through the barriers. If the barriers are more important , then the conductance G will be smaller.

The reason that I brought up this question, was: when I want to calculate Drude weight I find this point that if my transition mechanism is conductivity, I can use Drude weight.
@ Behnam Farid: I read chapter 7 of the book as you offered. Is this reception that I get is true? In mesoscopic systems, transmission mechanism is conductive.

Regarding your latest question, may I suggest that you write your question together with the relevant mathematical expressions that you are using, plus diagrams - if necessary, in a file (pdf format) and subsequently append the file to your next comment on this page? At this moment I cannot make out what your question is. For instance, what mesoscopic system do you have in mind? What are is dimensions? How pure is the sample? Etc. The complexity of issues involved in transport problems does not leave any place for binary choice questions, and if it did, a yes or a no would hardly contribute to an understanding of the relevant physics.
