What organelles are you interested in? Nucleus, nucleoli, Golgi, ER, mitochondria, ribosomes, centrioles, lysosomes, endosomes, cytoskeleton?  The answer may differ for each.

ER is manufactured by the nuclear membrane. During cell division the nuclear membrane disappears (or stretches beyond visibility), and the ER membrane is generally not visible, but the ribosomes are still there in their free form. I imagine when 2 new cells are formed, ER membrane once again arises from the nuclear membrane and "collects" free ribosomes to re-form new ER. I seem to recall that another membranous organelle, the Golgi apparatus, also "disappears"; however, the double-membraned mitochondria will remain in the cell(s) throughout the various stages of mitosis, most likely to provide the energy required for cell division.

In mammalian cells, as far as I know, organelles don't really "disappear" during mitosis. Rather they become dispersed/fragmented and during cytokinesis segregate into the two daughter cells, where they subsequently reassemble their normal interphase configuration. There are studies showing that the nuclear envelope breaks down into fragments that become incorporated into ER. During mitosis the ER becomes organized as cisternae and from these cisternae the nuclear envelope begins to reform around the segregated chromosomes during the late stages of mitosis.

There is an exception to what I said above: the centrosome (composed of two centrioles) is not disassembled during mitosis - instead it is duplicated in S phase already before mitotic entry and then the two centrosomes segregate into the two daughter cells each by organizing one of the two spindle poles. In addition, the cilium, a surface exposed signaling organelle that forms out of one of the centrioles, is disassembled before mitosis and reassembled only after cell division.
