Please , for every one who is good at statistics ..i want to know the experimental design of this experience (attached in word page ). In other words, my experience is a split splot ? a factorial experience ...? I need to know which design is it for means comparison . I expained brievely in the attached document. Thank you !
your problem may be described
1 - as a 3 crossed factor experiment with replication variety (3 levels) x treatment (3 levels) x doses (4 levels) - see B.J. Winer Statistical Principles in Experimental Design -- an old book ('62 or so) but extremely detailed (with examples) on this subject. From your questions it seems that you should deal with main factor effects and interaction(s)
2 - a covariance analysis may be suited with dose as a continuous variable, better (more powerful) than the previous if the response is monotonic - Winer ref still convenient.
