I think milk will become a complete food by addition of iron,vitamin C and vitamin D .Also milk does not provide fibre in diet.

And vitamin D is present as well in cow milk but not sufficient in goat milk.

Yes. Milk is a poor source of iron and some fat and water soluble vitamins especially vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C and some B complex vitamins. Milk also lacks fibre. These nutrients fortification in milk makes complete food.
