As is known, as the temperature increases, the conductivity deteriorates. Natural evaporation is accompanied by thermal heating and reducing the thickness of the coating. This is accompanied by deterioration of the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of the product with a non-conductive pad.

The temperature plays an important role here so that higher temperature during the process can change the conductivity type. Higher temperature can make defects like vacancies, interstitials, antisites, etc. resulting in various carrier concentration which leads to different types of conductivity.
