Does anyone know which of the compounds of water, ethanol, acetone, and isopropanol as solvents, provides a higher mechanical strength (higher tensile strength) in the edible film (hydrophilic and hydrophobic)?

Ink formulation for flim production is a very important stage. On the quality of films, effects on the properties- has many factors not only the solvent used. you need to consider the particle distribution in individual solvents which will have effect on packing density and consecuently on mechanical properties.
