Can high ionic strength salts be used for hydration of liposomal film?
Ionic strength might affect hydration of your lipid especially at high cholesterol level and in presence of amphoteric drugs.

did you mean active loading methods like pH gradient and ammonium sulphate methods? if so, these methods of active loading depend on your drug physichochemical properties but it is worthwhile.

i dont think you can load such electrolyte. usually liposomes are prepared in buffer having ionic strength similar to our body fluids to avoid liposomal burst or shrinkage due to ionic imbalance. you are talking about the condition what halophilic bact faces.
