(1) 0.5% CMC-Na/saline water, 10 mg/mL, suspension. (2) 15% Cremophor EL + 85% saline, 10 mg/mL, clear solution.
For dosing regimens longer than two weeks, option (2) is not recommended. The suspension can be administered either by intraperitoneal injection or oral gavage.
In addition, for HY-N0644 (Carnosic acid), a commonly used dose in animal studies is 20 mg/kg. It is recommended to refer to published experimental protocols for guidance.
