I am trying to simulate permanent magnet spm brushless dc motor .....from the equation I noticed that some researchs gives the equation of the back electromotive force with the bemf constant but others are giving it with the flux linkage!! what is the difference between them?

They are proportional. With a minor simplifications You can write for the back mmf:
E=cb*omega or E=ce* Psi*omega, where:
cb, ce are constans depending on construction data, but cb depending also on flux linkage Psi. From that You can see:
ce=cb*Psi.
The cb constant You can find from rated data for a motor:
En=Un-R*In so cb=En/omega(n).
This , I hope solves the problem in a simplified form, not taking into account various details concerning changes in the flux linkage, depending on influence of the stator current, temperature etc.
