What is the differences between texture intensity (pole figure) and intensity factor calculated by Lotger methode (Lotgering factor)?

hi to all

I have a problem in calculating texture intensity to substitute in texture strengthening formula

σ = m.τ which m represented the texture intensity. I have only XRD data. is it possible to use Lotgering factor or any other formula?
