In closed loop system when i connect inbuilt universal bridge (MOSFET /DIODE) then my model is working perfectly and system is stable as soon as i connect 6 mosfet switches (bridge by mosfets) the system becomes unstable.why is it so?

Yes they are ultimately same just need to take care about switch numbers. Thank you.
when using 6 independent Mosfet switches, try to set them strictly identical regarding their internal parameters (resistance, inductance, forward voltage, ...). Because when these parameters are set in the universal bridge, it is done at once for all as clear in the bridge's dialog box. Good luck.
