In some articles about oligodendrocyte, 'OPC' sometimes refers to oligodendrocyte progenitor cell and sometimes oligodendrocyte precursor cell, do they refer to the same type of cells? If not, what's the difference?

In general:
Progenitor = still able to divide, and potentially can establish other fates.
Precursor = irreversibly committed to becoming an oligodendrocyte
This can be applied to neurons, astrocytes, microglia etc.
iPSC -> progenitor -> precursor -> final cell type
