would you please display your I-V curves.? Are your curves measured in darkness and under illumination? 

Which solar cell  parameters you want to determine? Do you want to determine, Ish , Voc, Maximum power point Pm at Im and Vm, the series resistance Rs, the shunt resistance Rsh, The reverse saturation current I0, the ideality factor n for the one diode model of your solar cell. You can give the current I in units of mA or you can give it it in current density J=  I/ active area of the solar cell in units of mA/cm^2

Current Density J= Current(I)/Area. 

If you divide current in  I-V curve  by area then you will find J-V Curve. 

According to your question, you want find Voc (open circuit voltage) of DSSC. 

The definition of open circuit voltage is that voltage where current (and current density) is zero. That means you have to find the voltage where I=0 or J=0 is zero in I-V or J-V curve.

I want to to know how can I get the curve like ref file. I am Usi Keithley ley 2450 sourcemeter. I know that terms and knows how to calculate. My question is how to get the curve like ref image.

Just plot your data in origin and do some calculations to get current density and you will get your desired curves.

I am attaching the word file as well as the excel file. The excel file is for DSSC and I want to know how can I get J-V from that excel file and how can i extract the solar cell parameters.

Unfortunately your device does not show solar cell behavior.  Its response to illumination is very small such that the i-v do not differ much from the dark characteristics. even the dark current is relatively small and the forward voltage is too large.

You have at first trouble shoot your structure to operate correctly and then you will get spontaneously the ordinary solar cell characteristics displayed in the top half of your last picture.

If you want to obtain the cell parameters like, Rs, Rsh, Iph, etc...the first question is: What model would you like to use? Basically, there are two possibilities, the 1-diode and 2-diode model. The most comon used model is the 1-diode model. In your case, it seems that, regardless the response of your cell to illumination, you don't have much measured points. In this case, it is still possible to apply some method for PV parameters extraction, however the results may be strongly affected. Anyway, I suggest you to try to apply the method proposed by Phang, et al (1984). It is a very simple method and don't need computational iteraction.  Attached you find an old article with two methods for PV parameters extraction, according to 1-diode and 2-diode model. If the 1-diode model is enought for your needs, use equations (2) to (6) in order to obtain n (ideality factor), Is (diode saturation current), Rs (series resistance), Rsh (shunt resistance) and Iph (photocurrent). There is no difference between I-V curve and J-V curve. Both show identical curve. The difference is only at y axis, where I-V is shows Current (A) and then J-V is current density (A/m2). In the solar cell topic, it is much easier we define current density to study how much current can be generated in the solar cells because it is normalized by area of your active layer (with metal electrode).

In case of how to extract the parameter of your DSSC performance, you can get Voc and Jsc or Isc parameters  from your curve easily. Voc is condition when the current is zero, Isc or Jsc is condition when the voltage is zero. 

In my opinion, if you don't use any software that can calculate all the parameters of solar cells (Voc, Jsc, FF and PCE), when you get the raw data and then you input in this online software and obtain all the required parameters. (here the link: http://opvap.com/jsc.php)

There is no such difference between I-V curve and J-V measurements. In I-V measurement there is no need to consider of area aand hence the curve is I (amp)vs V (volts). In the same way you can measure J-V, but in this case you must be considered active area of the device ( active area) or you can measure I-V measurement and then divide area to the current value. Hence, the curve is J (mamp/m2)vs V (volts). From above explanation it is clear that the both curves are identical. The emerging PV, DSSC, PSC, ..., have the capacity effect and hysteresis effect. Therefore, I-V of the device show forward/backward can't overlap.

Muhammad Kashif both are same in I-V curve we ploting Current Vs. Voltage. in the case of J-V we should plot between J(current Density) vs. Voltage. Current density can calculated by obtained current divided by area of the solar cell

J=I/A where J= Current density (mA/cm2); I = Current mA; A=Area cm2
