What is the difference between Gain and Realized gain . In CST simulation while finding Gain and realized gain value somewhat small difference. ?

In antennas, gain is a measured parameter that shows how much an antenna focuses energy, while realized gain is gain that has been reduced by its impedance mismatch factor. This mismatch causes losses that make realized gain always less than gain.

the realized gain is better to mention. it is more realistic since it considers mismatch losses
Realized gain is giving you a closer simulated results (somehow taking in consideration some losses might happen when you are not operating under perfect electric conductors, such as impedance mismatching, etc. Therefore always normal gain will give you more ideal and realized gain closer to real case scenario. That's why you see a shift in your S11.
