The separation of church and state, secular governments, secular economic leaders, secular societies have become not just secular (not guided by religious belief) but antagonistic toward any attempt to insert religion in the public sphere.  The result is that spiritual persons and religious persons may only speak of moral laws, ethical standards of behavior, and positive virtues hidden in the shadows of houses of worship and private homes.  What is spoken of becomes only theoretical and cannot be put into action where it needs to be--government, business, society, and schools--because that's against the law.  Moral decay and the loss of ethical standards and virtues have caused a decline in civilization that is more damaging than global warming or  pollution.  Do we need a return to morality, ethics, and virtue in government and business, the two forces that shape our society?  If so, how can it be accomplished?
