Carry out the UV spectral titration and you can use circular dichroism, flurescence, cyclic voltammetry , DPV and so many techniques.

 Dear Anantha, There are a bunch of papers that describe that. Just select one that has similar complexes and follow their experimental procedure. Concentrations will mostly depend on the Kd, so you will have to perform a blind titration first to figure out the range in which your compounds give a nice titration profile. As others have said, UV, fluorescence and CD are the main techniques you can use.
