I have recently purchased HOP92 cell line from NCI. I wanted to know what is the correct culture media for it. The document from NCI repository says:

GROWTH MEDIUM:                        RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS + 2 mm L-Glutamine 

But, is RPMI1640 low or high glucose, does it require antibiotics like other cell lines. Does it require any other reagent reagents like HEPES or anything?
